Coverage provided complies with Arizona statute regarding workmanship standards for licensed contractors
8 Year Coverage
Designated Structural Elements
The warranty provides eight-year protection on warranted load-bearing portions of the home. The warranty book identifies which parts of the home are covered, and the criteria for establishing a defect in a Designated Structural Element. The Builder is the Warrantor during Years 1 and 2 of this Limited Warranty and the Insurer is the Warrantor in Years 3-8.

selected portions of Mechanical Systems
For the first two years, specified portions of the heating, cooling, ventilating, electrical and plumbing systems are warranted. If they do not function and operate as defined in this Limited Warranty, the Builder is responsible for correcting the defects.

10 Year Coverage

The Insurer is the Warrantor in Years 1-10 for defects in Designated Structural Elements.
